How it works
We give you AND your friend one month of FREE service for every referred friend who signs up with the specified Time Warner Cable service.

  2. Enter your friend's info in the form
  3. Select the product(s) that you're referring
  4. Submit the form
After your friend has been a customer for two months, you and your friend will see a credit on the next residential bill equal to one month of service of the product your friend added. The more referrals you bring in, the more free service you and your friends get!


Credit will be issued only for new residential subscriber referrals that are submitted prior to referral's installation and within Time Warner Cable's Albany Division system.

Credit amount is equal to one month of residential service of the product your friend added. Credit per referred friend not to exceed $50. Some restrictions may apply. If you have questions on the referral form, you can email us via the online email form on the Contact Us page.
